Any quotation, contract, workmanship, materials, and timescales relating to the actual construction work are the sole responsibility of the independent builder or construction firm carrying out the work, and will be governed by a separate agreement directly between you and that firm.

Quotations provided through our website or following site visits are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Detailed site surveys and assessments
• Changes to project specifications
• Unforeseen conditions discovered during work
• Material cost fluctuations

Any variations to the quoted work will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding.
